Beginning the week of July 20, 2026, work will begin at four Commerce Township parks: Victory Park, Dodge Park/Scarlet's Playground, Bicentennial Park, and Richardson Park.
As part of this project, crews may be trenching or boring for underground cabling, installing poles, or pouring small concrete pads. Construction is expected to be completed by mid-August and should cause only minimal disruption to park visitors and normal park use. Parks are open during this time.
