Just a reminder that Commerce Township Zoning Ordinance 3.000, Section 30.08, E‐ Temporary Signs, restricts any signs from being placed within the road right‐of‐way, and allows for any signs placed within the right‐of‐way to be removed and disposed of.
Personal Information signs are allowed on private property only (with the property owner’s approval) and must be non‐commercial in nature. These signs cannot exceed 32 square feet in size and must not be located in the right‐of‐way, or obscure the vision of motorist.
