Notice is hereby given to any and all interested parties that a public hearing will be held by the
Commerce Township Parks and Recreation Committee on December 18 th , 2023 at 6:00 pm in the
Commerce Township Board Room, located at 2009 Township Drive.
The public hearing is being held to receive comments on a draft 5-Year Parks and Recreation Master Plan (2024-2028). The draft plan reflects the Committee’s priorities for the next five years and, once adopted, will serve as a guide for the Parks and Recreation Committee, staff and the Township Board. The draft Master Plan will be available for public review beginning November 16, 2023 HERE or at Township Hall (2009 Township Drive), and at the Richardson Senior Center (1485 E Oakley Park Rd)
during regular business hours.
All interested persons attending the hearing will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect to this
matter. If you cannot attend this meeting, you may submit comments to the attention of Emily England
