Freedom of Information Requests are received by the Clerk’s office and will be answered in accordance with the State of Michigan Freedom of Information Act PA 422 of 1976 as amended.
For requests there is a fee of $0.25 per page. If a request is more than $50.00, a 50% deposit will be required before the request is processed.
If a person wished to examine the records without having the records duplicated. An appointment can be made during normal business hours with the Clerks Department.
