Freedom of Information Act

Freedom of Information Requests are received by the Clerk's office and will be answered in accordance with the State of Michigan Freedom of Information Act PA 422 of 1976 as amended.

For requests which have fees of more than $50, a 50% deposit will be required before the request is processed.

If a person wishes to examine the records without having the records duplicated, an appointment can be made.  We will try to meet any reasonable schedule  or request and have the information accessible as soon as is possible.
